How Do We Connect With You
You will use Perfume Hop’s official website to purchase any kind of original material perfumes and fragrances. You will add the product to the cart and from there, you will be taken to the checkout page where you will have to enter your billing address and details.
Our servers are secured with SSL. After placing the order you will receive an email confirming and processing of your order. You will also receive an email afterward consisting of a tracking number once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
We use FedEx and USPS for delivery purposes. Your delivery will be carried out in accordance with the option you have selected on the checkout page.
We offer standard delivery that takes 3-5 business days, express delivery takes 1-3 business days to be delivered. Orders above $55 are shipped via PerfumeFirst delivery, Perfume Hop’s own delivery service which takes 1-2 business days to be shipped.
Risk & Ownership
Once the product is delivered, it will become your responsibility except in the cases where the delivered products are faulty or damaged or incorrect delivery is made, we will take any liability for the loss or damage of healthy products.
Price & Payment
We strictly impose MAP. We don’t charge any handling fee, however, the prices exclude delivery costs which will be added to the total sum after you select the shipping method.
Prices are subjected to change by time but the change will not affect the orders that have been confirmed and processed already.
By using a credit card or PayPal account, you take the responsibility that the card or the account being used is legally yours. If the legal owner of card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of the order.
We only accept payments via credit card or Paypal.
We reserve the right to refuse any payment and cancel the order prior to any notice despite the reasons. We are determined to ensure that your personal and financial details are safe while shopping with us.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You reserve the right to cancel the order any time before it’s dispatched to you and 28 days afterward. Please contact our customer care department (Live chat, call or email) for arranging cancellations or returns.
If any product delivered to you is faulty or damaged, we may offer an exchange or arrange a return for it. If you believe a product is faulty, you should contact us as soon as possible.
